Wow! This book should be retitled "Down & Dirty". The language is very base. The storyline is good, but the author goes off-track when she vocalizes every single thought from the heroine. The hero is macho, coarse, but not really fleshed-out (when does he realize that he loves the heroine?) The dialogue between the two is just too smart-ass; it gets annoying. But if you're looking for a raunchy read, here it is.
What would English Literature be like without the contributions of Thea Divine?
The storyline is not very exciting. This is basically a story about the interludes of a high-class escort to a rich and influential clientele. Not a romantic tale, but rather a venue to write about marathon sex, which could tap into a reader's fantasy life. I skimmed through a lot of the story, finally only looking for the sexy bits. 2.5 stars.
