Good read. Kate Douglas makes her usual appearance with the latest Chanku short story. For those who have read the previous book, Beth is the heroine. Beth is not my favorite person, one of the other characters refers to her [quite accurately] as a drama queen. Unsurprisingly, she does manage to get herself straightened out by the end of the story. The other two are good read-once stories. Eye of the Beholder by Anitra Lynn McLeod was obviously going for the Beauty and the Beast plot while His To Reclaim by Shelli Stevens is a pretty good shifter story. I thought the 'Eye' heroine was rather worldly for a medieval/fantasy setting while the heroine in 'His' didn't seem to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. The hero and his fellow agents could have done with some sharpening as well.

This book is great! I enjoyed all three of the stories. Kate Douglas' is not to be missed if you are reading the Wolf Tales series. The other two stories were also very good, though the last one had a little more sex than I find strictly necessary.
