It's hard to make myself read the last book of a series. Not only is it difficult to say goodbye to my favorite characters, I worry that the plot will be lackluster or the ending will be unsatisfactory or the characters will get killed off (and she's killed characters before!)
This book kept me enthralled long past my bedtime. I don't want to spoil anything- so just let me say, this is a fitting finale to the Nightrunner series, and you must read it.
