The author's description of characters thoughts and feelings and actions create real people that have depth and color and well-defined personalities. I felt like I knew them all and I like this in a book.

Taking into consideration that this was Jojo Moyes's debut novel, it actually turned out pretty good... even despite a rocky start!

With only having read her newer novels, it was fun to see how much she's grown as a writer!

The storyline did hold my attention and the characters were diverse and interesting!
