Spindler forgets nothing in her plotlines: a peek into each person's character, a touch of romantic involvement, hints about what is to come--it keeps a person engrossed in the details! This story, about three young girls who have formed a binding friendship, moves from recounting a very special summer in their past to a present where each young woman has matured and become an individual. Oh, you'll know "who done it" in plenty of time, because it's the race to the ending that keeps the pages turning!!

Nice twists and turns through the course of the book. I like this author because no one is always all bad and no one is always all good. A little more like life.

A good romance thriller, albeit formulaic. If you need a good beach read, this will do. Three chums become involved in a murder, but just HOW involved is the question. Fast-paced with enough twists to keep you interested. And enough steamy sex to keep your heart pumping.

Spindler knows how to please.

I found Erica Spindler. Read about some of her books and read the reviews. So I had to order them and have voraciously gone through 7 books.
Such a different story line. It got a bit confusing but that's how Ms. Spindler works her magic. Then it all comes out in the end.

They were only watching.

The mysterious lovers the three girls spied on were engaged in a deadly sexual game on none else was supposed to know about. Especially not Andie and her friends, whose curiosity had deepened into a dangerous obsession...

Now 15 years later, someone is watching Andie. Someone who won't let her forget the unsolved murder of "Mrs. X" or the disappearance of "Mr. X". Suddenly Andie doesn't know who her friends are...because loyalty can be murder.

Andie, Julie, Raven...Three very different women bound by more than friendship.
