Always entertaining and informative Begoun decodes the mysteries of shampoo, conditioner, and styling product claims and ingredients. Although the product reviews at the end are a little dated she tells all about ingredients and their uses (and misuses) so you can figure out what you need (and where to get it CHEAP) even when products are reformulated.
