With two dependent siblings, her parents dead and her fortune gone, Lady Elinor DeCourtenay is forced to submit to her enemy. Roger Aston, Lord Lewes, has hated the DeCourtenay family for years, and he wants Elinor. After sending her siblings to London, Elinor rides to Roger's castle. When she regains consciousness she is lying on a bridge in the path of a roaring monster.
Drew Ingraham is stunned when a woman materializes in front of his motorcycle. Initially reluctant, Drew is drawn to the dazed, beautiful stranger wearing medieval garb, although her speech and lack of common knowledge hints at mental illness. Elinor soon realizes the world she knew is gone, but Roger trailed her through time and still wants his revenge. When she finds half of an ancient medallion, she knows Roger used wizardry to teleport them. To save her loved ones in both the past and present, Elinor must confront and defeat Roger.

This book kept me laughing. The main female character Elinor is transported to the present from medieval times. She is so befuddled by all of the "modern" things. The main male character Drew, is a loner and rides a motorcycle-in fact, he was on his bike when he "ran into her." When he took of his helmet, she thought he was pulling off his head. I thought it was a hilarious read. If you like time travel romances or just like to laugh, it is definitely worth a read.
