I love this book. Where the author came up with these characters, just amazes me. Jane Hamilton is great. Her work is original, and I will always look forward to her outlook on life.

I absolutely adored this book. In my opinion, it is even better than The Book of Ruth. You fall in love with Walter, the main character, immediately. I was sorry when this novel ended.
