This book was amazing. I absolutely loved Cam and Domini. They were perfect together and it was so easy to see why they loved each other. Domini gave Cam strength he didn't realize he needed and Cam made Domini realize unconditional love. Not everything was perfect for them and it was nice seeing them work out their issues. This was one emotionally charged book that I definitely recommend.

This is what a good romance novel should be. Great plot. Good characters. Believable emotional connection between the hero and heroine. Both main characters are flawed, but willing to take a chance on love. He's disabled from his tour of duty in Iraq. He has a prosthetic leg. She has emotional baggage from her upbringing in a war torn European country. She's also hiding a secret of her own that concerns her body. Since this is a Lorelei James book, you know the sex is nuclear and there is a section with menage. This is not for the faint of heart or for those who can't handle erotica.

Those Rough Riders are hard to beat (so to speak)! Cam has distanced himself from the McKay family since his return from the Gulf War, but remains at the heart of the community with his duties as Deputy Sheriff. He's had a thing simmering on the back burner for the lovely Ukranian who is wondering why he doesn't make a move. Once they establish the ground rules it is game on. Loads of extremely hot dom/sub activities. Just when things are rolling along the plot thickens and they have to face the relationship with emotional honesty. Lorelei James is a treasure to those of us who love cowboys, real stories and hot sex for entertainment.
Another great addition to RR series.

Cams story was all I was expecting. Glad he got his HEA.

A decent romance between Cam (has leg prosthesis and who likes to talk kinky during sex--yes!) and submissive Domini who can't have children. Sexual connection established early on (fun but far from raunchy including a gratuitous menage that's kinda clunky) but the emotional connection doesn't really kick into gear until they marry and adjust to family life (middle of story). As usual, too many McKay family members to remember and I ended up just skimming through the names. 3.5 stars.
