Should have been mandatory reading for every voting citizen in the United States. All the info that destroyed Dan Rather's career was already in print in this book when "Dubya" was running for governor of Texas. Some of the late journalist, Molly Ivins, best and most hilarious pokes at politics and Texas pols in general.
Too late to make the reader mad enough to effect change, but a good primer on what to watch for in future political machinations.

The authors keep their word to avoid gossip and concentrate on the Bush record. It was a joy to find revelations well documented and dispensed with a light touch. As a fan of print journalism I am adding Molly Ivens to the short list of notables that begins with Theodore White.
