I thought that this book was really hard to follow. It would jump from character to character and talk in first person. It would get confusing which character was talking. There was also a lot of profanity in it, mostly the "f" word. I personally felt that the book was a waste of time and was frustrating to read. The author is a teenager, and it seemed that she was taking all of her complaints about life and writing them down in a book for the whole world to read. I suggest finding a better book that is more worthwhile.

I know she was young when she wrote this but some of the dialogue felt like an AIM conversation.

Very good novel. About the lives of young adults. Not a book for the faint of heart. Along the lines of the movie 13. I believe this was this author's first novel written when she was a young girl. It was well written.

I know she wrote this at 16 so I feel like I'm going to hell for this, but..it's just not very original. The characters are so stereotypical and one-dimensional. I can tell that she's watched a lot of movies, though, because her writing is very cinematic. She'll probably be a good writer with maturity, though, so long as she learns that writing in sentence fragments makes a book hard to read, not "edgy".
