A Carnival that travels the Galaxy. You'll love the characters that Resnick weaves into his novels.
Resnick is a good SF/comedy author, but this one isn't his best. It's good, but I found it a little less humorous than his others.
The story line revolves around, "How to Get the Deal of the Century" from inept aliens. The characters on the cover lend a great help to keeping the picture flowing in your head as the story develops.
All in all a good read.
