This book is tremendous. Stephen White takes you inside the characters so far that you feel every emotion. The Seige is about Yale students held hostage so that their parents can pay the ransom, but it's not money. Great plot and great character development.

This was a very captivating book. The intensity and horror of the event is so vividly written that it feels like you have just heard about in the evening news. I loved that Stephen White introduced new characters while still tying the story to well know ones. I did not want to put it down, but since I also did not want to finish it too quickly, I forced myself to.
