A good mystery read--a quick read but enjoyable. Some of Colin Dexter's titles have too much sex for me--this one was within limits.

I loved this Colin Dexter Morse mystery just as much as the others. Morse might be a bit of a drinker and he might drive Lewis insane at times, but he always gets his perpetrator(s). A master at solving mysteries that I can never put down.

Not up to Mr. Dexter's previous two stories. Too much jumping back and forth throughout the plot. Hard to keep up with the story.
