This book is the best book I have ever read. I had to go out and buy another because I allowed my friend to borrow and she lost the copy I gave her ( at least that is what she told me).

When I am floundering in an area it really helps me to have everything lined out in steps with details. This helps me get a grip on things, someone else has divided it up so I am not so overwhelmed with all I have to do, and it gives me a check point at the beginning and end of the day. This is exactly what this book does! I also liked that it is covers so may areas. Some that may be very simple but that we all struggle with. A great book!
Nice thoughtful approach to getting balance with life, eating, self.
This is a great book. I am on my second copy of it! We all know what we should do: eat less, exercise more, control the clutter, organize our finances, our home, our life, on and on and on. But it just seems overwhelming. How do we start? By drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or so the authors of Simple Steps tell us.
This book breaks the "oughts" into very basic, simple steps, adding a few new ones each week until --- presto! your life really is better. Every time I read it I feel empowered to improve my life a little bit more.

Easy to follow information. This book is really simple and not overwhelming. Since I'm so busy, I like being able to accomplish a few small steps at a time. The book does a great job of allowing that. You can also customize it to your needs. If you're too busy to do everything in 10 weeks, double it to 20 weeks. Just make an effort to start getting control of your life.
