I love the tips on simplifying although I do a lot of those things already. Very quick, easy reading with some new ideas, but mostly things that we as mothers have figured out on our own. It's worth picking up and reading. I did however like the original Simplify Your Life book the best.

This is a good book for systematically simplifying life with kids. It is straight-foward and easy to read. It has lots of good suggestions, some of which are obvious--like "buy fewer toys"--but it also provides ways to implement the suggestions--like "only allow new toys on birthdays or special holidays" or "for every new toy that comes into the house, one old toy must be donated/given away." Great step-by-step approach for people who feel overwhelmed by a too hectic life with kids.

100 pieces of advice, explained in about 2 pages each, you do the math, (well, there's 359 pages, I guess that's why I don't teach math). Anyway, pretty good practical advice, like "Learn to do one thing at a time".
