I take probiotics every day as well as nutritional supplements, and I improved my diet and stopped taking "anti-histimines" and other over-the-counter allergy meds years ago, and through diligent self-caretaking I have not had sinus or allergy problems for several years.

However, THE SINUS SOURCEBOOK was a good source of information for the not-yet fully-initiated me and so I do recommend it for anyone who believes they have sinus problems (that may be food allergy problems or other problems of body chemistry) or for those who do have allergies accompanied by sinus problems. Those will profit most who adopt diligent self-caretaking as a result of their researches, whether it is this book or others - being proactive on ones own behalf is worth the effort.
