I absolutely loooovvved this author's first book - "Good Girl Gone Bad", so I was anxious to see her next, "Skin". Uhm, not as good. Skin is the name of the magazine, but you get more information about putting a magazine together from "Ugly Betty". I personally find it impossible to believe that an undercover cop (posing as a nudie model) and a Mafia princess could find happily-ever-after (but this IS fiction, isn't it?) The only thing they have in common is sex, and while the requisite sex scenes are there, they are not as well written as her first book. I'm not giving up on her, though; she has several books coming out in '08, & I'm looking forward to seeing what she does next.
Hot. Steamy. Compelling. Erotic. Not for the faint of heart Karen Tabke knows how to shake a story and keep you reading.
Enjoyed this book one of the first books of this type I have read. Loved the story line even though not all cops could be as hunkie as the main character.
i couldn't put this one down. awesome read.
Book two of a really good series. Keeps you on the endge and not wanting to put it down.
