Hilarious book about a cat who thinks he is a Mexican chihuahua, with a smattering of Spanish & a ton of jokes for both adults & children to appreciate.

Skippyjon would like to be a bird, a chihuahua, or most anything but just plain Siamese kitten. He veritably skips through life, with a no-nonsense mommy cat keeping him almost under control. Bounce, bounce, bounce, Holy Guacamole and off the reader rollicks to face El Blimpo Bublebeeto Bandito and "Chihuahua, cheese, and crackers" the adventures tumble on. Lots of fun, with good learning in language abilities.
Too funny! Put on your Spanish accent when you read this to your kids!
Very imaginative story.
I have a friend who read Skippyjon Jones to her daughter ONCE, and has ever since added "ITO" to several words on a regular basis. This little guy is very addicting! Be warned! :)
My daughters (one is almost 4, the other is 20 months) both enjoyed this book very much. It is very engaging and has great illustrations that work perfect with the story.
This is a great Book about a young Siamese kitten who thinks he is a Chihuahua. This is a favorite with all ages. I have two copies or I would not part with him. He is doll of a cat, A true, crazy Siamese. I have had 10 Siamese and all mine were or are crazy just like Skippyjon Jones. Great gift!
My 7 and 3 year old kids love hearing this story and I really enjoyed reading it to them! IT was fun and funny!
