Another great read by Sheila Roberts. Loved the story about three girlfriends that together try and save money. Loved the tips they had. Loved the friendship these three girls had. Must read!

Quick, simple read about three neighborfriends who commiserate over their financial woes and how each overcomes their money problems. A few moneysaving tips scattered throughout the book that is mainly about their friendship and personal lives. Cute.

This is the first book I've read by this author. When I got it, I saw several by her and had to choose one. This one 'won,' not because it sounded the most interesting, but because it was the newest and the one most likely to have people looking for it on PBS. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and story, so, am happy with my choice. The characters were down-to-earth, real and believable. I laughed and cried right along with them. They are so different than many characters in other books on the market. Their stories were touching. I am currently looking for additional books by Sheila Roberts!

I really enjoyed this book. It is about three women in different stages of life who are facing financial challenges. One of the women shops too much. One was married to a doctor but he has divorced her leaving her in financial straits. The other woman's husband is loosing his job and her son has returned to live at home. The women get creative in responding to their financial challenges....one even finds love in the process! Clean well written book; your teen age daughter could read it without blushing!
