Basic stuff, dated, dull. I can't think of anyone this would be helpful to, OK maybe a high handicapper that lacks any knowledge but all of a sudden wants to get serious about their game. Discussion on goal setting might help the hacker. In the chapter about what to take in your bag, Hale wants me to bring an extra pair of golf shoes! Why not two pair, am I a slacker? I respect Mr Irwin and his game, but this book seems forced, to make a buck when his name was hot.
