Very useful information if you are considering integrating movement exercises into a treatment plan for learning problems. She gives some basic instructions on Braingym exercises developed by Dennison.

She is very detailed in explaining the how's and why's of how the brain works. Not your run of the mill "help your child learn" book. I found it very helpful.
