Loved it...really funny and lots of sex! Plenty from all characters especially Grandma Mazur and Lula! I couldn't put it down and hated for it to end! Hilarious!

Why do I keep torturing myself with these books? Probably because I so loved them up until #14 and I'm an eternal optimist, hoping something will actually happen! The cover blurb was so promising on this installment, I actually allowed myself to get my hopes up. Word of warning to those of you who would like to see things go somewhere between Stephanie and Ranger or Morelli - DON'T!! This time around, she has sex with both but that's it... wham bam, thank you ma'm skim overs then off to work, NO substantial feelings, NO emotional connection - nada. That goes double for the men,not one single scene of substance! It seems as if Evanovich uses the sex to placate fans then blames Stephanie's "confusion" as an excuse NOT to dig a smidgen deeper. This would not be so frustrating and I would have quit reading three books ago if there were not such a rich reservoir of possibilities to mine in either the Ranger or Morelli story lines (especially with Ranger, IMHO). Evanovich is such a genius at witty repartee, and sexual tension that steams right off the pages, what is she afraid of? As it is, the end result stands with NOTHING new... once again.

I absolutely love this series and 17 was no exception! The characters are well developed and the situations are hilarious! If you have read books 1-16 this book leaves off pretty much where 16 left off and gives the same adventure and humor as all the others. Can't wait until 11/22/11 when 18 comes out!

I thought this one was better than the last few, but I knew who the killer was right away -- not too many surprises there. The campy antics were vintage Stephanie, though, and it was a fun read from start to finish.

The killer was totally obvious, but I still quite enjoyed the Ranger and Morelli moments. And I can always count on this series to give me a few good laughs.

Once again, Evanovich delivers a fast paced and side splitting hysterical adventure starring everyones favorite bounty hunter, Stephanie Plum and the usual cast of supporting characters, Lula, Grandma Mazur, Morelli, Ranger, Connie and Mooner. Theres also a new character in the book, a possible competitor for Stephanies affections and, if her mother has anything to do about it, will be Stephanies next husband.
And if that isnt awkward enough, the bonds office is gone and the gang is working out of Mooners bus. Makes for some cramped quarters and after one FTA who believes hes a vampire tries to give Lula a hickey, shes convinced shes turning into a creature of the night. Things just cant seem to happen smoothly for Stephanie and especially after Morellis grandmother puts the eye on Stephanie, shes convinced shes cursed.
I love this series, as campy and crazy as it can sometimes get. When Stephanie is around, you can rest assured that people will die and cars will be blown up, but it all seems to work out and she comes through it all in one piece. 2011 will be an excellent year for Stephanie fans as there will be two releases this year. Book #18 will be out in November and Im very much looking forward to it.

Laugh out loud funny. One of the better ones lately. Lots of sex with Ranger which was thoroughly enjoyable. I LOVE this series!
