My kids think I am an awesome cook because of this book, and they are getting veggies and fruit without even knowing it. My son will not try ANYTHING! I made boxed mac and cheese with pureed zucchini and cauliflower...he said it was the best mac and cheese he has EVER had! I make the pureed veggies once or even twice a week and freeze the rest. And I also didn't listen to her "fresh" veggies. I got frozen veggies for most of it, like cauliflower, peas, broccoli, corn. I actually get the "steamfresh" veggies so all I have to do is pop them in the microwave. I wait until they are on sale. A lot of it we already were doing, for example, wheat breads. This is the first and only cookbook I have ever used!
