When I discovered that the final book of the Pendragon series had been released, I almost teared up. I have grown up with this series over the past eight years, and although I periodically lost interest with it, I felt as if I were saying farewell to a friend. After the slightly depressing and dejected eighth and ninth books of the series, I was slightly hesitant to read the last book. However, the book description says it all. All the loose ends of the series are tied together, and the plot was as enthralling as the second book. (Which was my favorite) The characters who I have grown to adore all united in a smooth transition phase. I am happy to say the final chapter of this amazing saga was a worthy conclusion for the series. I am sure that other readers will be completely blown away by the twists and turns of this book. I am just slightly sad that this is the end. Hobey ho!
Hopefully if you've come to this book you've read the first nine. This was a nice close to the series. I enjoyed the series as a whole. I thought it got a little long in the middle. If you just couldn't make yourself read all 10, I would recommend 1,2,3,7,8,9,10. But whichever ones you read, you'll want to read them in order.
