Consider me swept off my feet! I have a soft spot for a self made hero, and Devlin is as good as it gets. He's ruthless and tender and absolutely irresistible! So, too, is the power of a young girl who changed the trajectory of his life, one he never could forget. I admired Ophelia's strength of character especially in the face of family disapproval and even betrayal. Devlin and Fifi are fine examples of a love meant to be, and their journey is romantic and sexy in all the right places. This romance is my third by Reid and my fave in the Sinful Wallflowers series, and she's proven she can write some darn good heart-thumpin' and memorable love stories. She's an auto-read for sure. 4.5 stars.
