An older book but lots of great tasting breads and other stuff.
Awesome sourdough receipes..........best book I found on this subject
Good sourdough baking book with chapter on making traditional sourdough starter and some others (potato-water, rye). Recipes for savory and sweet breads, and cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes and rolls. Recipes are well-laid out and look pretty simple to follow.
