This book was well written & had a lot of great pointers. Also has some good recipes. A must read for anyone trying to improve their lifestyle and incorporate a better diet & way of living that fits into everyday normal life with "normal" eating.

This is a nice handy quick reference book to help you with the South Beach Diet. A lot of good information on what foods you can eat at home and especially out to dinner.

Seems more balanced than the Atkins diet and enjoyed the tasty recipes and snacks. Worthwhile reading on health and nutrition.

I used this book and lost 20 lbs on the diet. It was easy to read and helped me integrate suggestions in to my daily life. I also used the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide that South Beach has out.
