So, first off, I love the Lavene's and read everything they write...but I didn't love this story. It went all over the place and the main characters just didn't grab my attention...not sure I will be keeping up with this series; they write many others I know I enjoy!

I like the Lavenes' other series and I like a bit of supernatural, but I was not sure I would enjoy this book. But happily, I liked it A LOT ! ! ! Quite a few times, I had to say "Oh, I didn't see that coming." I will definitely read #2 in this series and am sad to know that there will be no more books by the Lavenes. : (
