This is a wide variety of spice mixes; however, I wanted to know how to use some of them (that needed to be more evident to me). Some examples are SHEBOYGAN SEASONING, FAITH MIX, and BAHARAT 101. I removed one star because the authors did not share where these mixes should be added.
