A remarkable, heartwarming, and encouraging story of the challenges that the three ladies of Covington meet as they work with family and friends to rebuild their lives.

Hannah, Grace, and Amelia are devastated when a fire destroys their beloved old farmhouse on Cove Road.
A soul-nourihsing portrait of the power of female friendship and the endurance of love. It is totally engaging, heart tuggins, and unfailingly true-to-life.

Three mature ladies, having established themselves in new lives after 'retirement,' are devestated when a fire destroys their new home. Rebuilding a home amidst life's other crisis, including companions and children problems, strains relationships. As usual, life has a way of providing twists of fate that keep everyone on their toes. Third of a series.

As with all the other Covington books this one does not disappoint. The ladies lives and their interaction with the residents of Covington are always a good read. Enjoyable, fast easy read. Carol
4th in the Covington series.
This book in the series had more drama. Seemed to cram too much in instead of developing each idea more.
The Ladies of Covington survive a great tragedy with love and humor, support of the community and, of course, stress. I good fast read.
The Ladies are at it again. Life keeps putting hard trials in their paths. How they learn and grow from the trials makes for some warm and very intelligent reading!

Fourth book in the Ladies of Covington series. While this book wasn't quite as engaging as the previous ones, I did enjoy the journey three senior ladies are taking. They've suffered a major loss and the ensuing changes in their lives test their relationships with others and their friendship. New upcoming arrivals and impending nuptials should be interesting in the next book. Lovely, entertaining series about life and its' various nuances as we grow older.
