I admit, I wasn't happy with the book early on. Some of the storyline and descriptions contradicted the TV show, movies, and other books I've read, and just didn't seem plausible. The second half of the book was much better though, and worth the dissatisfaction of the earlier pages.

Did you often wonder about Vulcan? This book answers those questions and tells a pretty darn good story too.
