I really enjoyed this book, written by a real lady. I feel she tells her story in a quiet, gentle and compelling way. Her honesty and love for her family are very apparent. She has lived an interesting life. She has experienced so much and met so many famous people.
I was tremendously impressed with her generosity and her sharing nature. Some insight was certainly offered into the politics of her husbands terms as Commander in Chief. It also gave a clear picture of the heart and soul of her husband. It was a good read . Entertaining and informative.
