This started off promising but after about halfway through, it just seemed so repetitive. Even though it was slightly differently information, it still seemed to be to similar and ended up making it hard to stick with. There were some very interesting parts like the recipes they came up with or the ideas on what people should eat to keep them from starving and it be healthy at the same time. It seems the failing of the book would be too much information trying to be crammed in one book. Maybe focusing on one main subject matter and sticking with it would have be more successful (at least for me). Like it was, it was informational but in a disorganized sense.
