Everyone loves a fair even rogues, spies, and simple folk.
A simple fair sponsored by the Monk's Charter of St. Peter's at Shrewsbury turns foul, read no further for other reviews provide spoilers... suffice it to say. Once Again Brother Cadfael is called upon to sort the sinners from the murders, in another fine historical Fictional Mystery.
