Mina and Camille were inseparable as children, but everything changes when Camille goes away with her mother to stay by the beach the whole summer. When she returns, Camille has new clothes, lost some weight, and even had a summer boyfriend. The transformation makes her popular and distances her from the nerdy Mina.

One major source of contention between the girls is Camille's new cyberfriend, who Camille plans to meet. When Camille turns up missing, Mina and Camille's boyfriend go hunting for clues leading to her dissapearence.

Interesting and suspenseful.
