This is the first of the adaptations from the first Star Trek series. Episodes are Charlie's Law, Dagger of the Mind, The Unreal McCoy (The Man Trap), Balance of Terror, The Naked Time, Miri, and The Conscience of the King.

This book is based on the Star Trek series created by Gene Roddenberry. I believe it is the first done by Blish.

Good book, I enjoyed it very much. It gave me an opportunity to read the adventures of the original series in short story form.
