A lot better than his "JAG in Space/Paul Sinclair" series, but by the end, it still felt like a thinly veiled civics lesson warning us about the dangers of not voting and obeying the legal gov't.

While a nice end to the trilogy, the author spent a lot of time philosophizing. Look up the description of that term and you get "... especially in a tedious or pompous way." And that description fits.
