What a fun book! Written very in character of a deep south female songwriter whose life is out of control. Enjoy!

Pretty good. Kind of funny though and confusing at some points but otherwise it was a good book.

This book is a hoot! Based in Nashville, TN, it follows a very active singer songwriter, Shelby Kay Tate, around for a few days leading up to her singing gig at a local venue for songwriters. Her life is full of material for her songwriting and she finally makes good use of it. The story is written tongue-in-cheek and mentions many real places in Nashville. There is even a Patsy Cline angel who helps Shelby Kay Tate on her quest for a hit song. Good fast read will make you laugh out loud!

Heroine Shelby Kay Tate has themost undecaffeinated voice this side of Janis Joplin.
