Perfect ending to this series.

Ava was her father's bargaining chip to get the D'Amatos in his grip to get the Boss/Dom in good favor with the Rinellas, since Elio was favored and Rinella is jealous. Elio got out of his arrangement with Rinella with his Piper came back into his live, Ava was promised to Lazaro, but he fell for and got Diana pregnant so Ava was due to be arranged for another D'Amato and if it's in a different state so be it, her father will make dang sure she's married to that family, come hell or high water. Little did she knows she captured Matteo's interest at the dinner where Elio was late in his story.
5 months after that dinner where Elio came to her house to let Rinella's know of Lazaro 'unstableness' for Ava and gave her father Matteo as an option, but her father denied that Matteo was even a D'Amato even though he is the grandson of Enzo D'Amatos from Enzo's daughter. That would be the night that will change Ava's life for the better, since her father is unloving and abusive. Matteo will get the one woman that has gotten under his skin from day one but at what costs????
Will get 3 years later in the final epilogue.
