It's a classic of art history.Written in 1853. The book has beautiful descriptive writing, and is about the architecture of Venice when Ruskin visited there in 1841.It is written in a slightly archaic style, never the less,if you love art history, architecture and Italy,(or all three),it is worth a look. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.
