I read the second book in this series first. I liked this book more than the second. I enjoyed the main characters interaction. I was left guessing for most of the book as to the ultimate bad guy. Happy reading.

Great book. If it wasn't for that pesky thing called a job, I would have finished it in a day... couldn't put it down. I think it's a little better than the first in the series, but both are definitely worth reading. After reading the Stillwater triolgy (another one you MUST check out, I am a Brenda Novak fan for sure and plan to read all her books from now on. My only complaint is it wasn't a huge shocker. There were a few possible suspects, so it was a matter of just waiting to see which one it was. But still, the relationship between Jasmine and Romain is touching and compassionate. Definitely worth the read!

I am REALLY enjoying this series. This book was a page turner from beginning to end. I found myself trying to read it while doing everything from cooking dinner to putting on my makeup! It was so good I couldn't put it down.

This book was just as good as the first one. I enjoyed the suspense and the heated romantic scenes. The story line keeps you guessing till the end. I had to go and get the rest of the series. A great page turner. No disappointment here.
I couldnt put this one down, I was able to imagine the characters so clearly.
Great book. 2nd in the series. Good as the first.
I really enjoyed this book and this entire series. I think it took me a total of 13 hours to read this book. It was so good I couldn't put it down. I hope to read more by this author.
very interesting book from beginning to end. she is a great writer
BRENDA NOVAK AS USUAL, HAS ANOTHER GREAT PAGE TURNER IN STOP ME.HER VILLAINS ARE EVIL PERSONIFIED,AND CLEVER.HER PROTAGONIST JASMINE IS JUST THE GIRL FOR THIS GUY.THERE IS THRILLS AS WELL AS AN UNDENIABLE ATTRACTION GOING ON.YOU WILL BE READING WELL INTO THE NIGHT TO FINISH.
Great suspense! She does leave a few clues for you to figure it out on your own - which I like! I love being able to say "I knew that's whodunnit"
As an aside, this series can also be stand-alones. Each book focuses on a different character - while they show up in all 3 books, it is usually in the sidelines (as in answering a phonecall or something)

Got it for a friend, did not read it!
