Well, I was expecting something a lot more poetic, given the title (maybe along the lines of Lovelock?). Anyway, a lot of it is about his travails with the political apparatus (he had problems with the Clinton Administration, too), he really doesn't talk too much about "storms", almost all the science information relates to deglaciation.
