Another wonderful book by Howard Frank Mosher--about Vermont, of course! Set in the Northeast Kingdom, this is a haunting mystery. It was a New England Book Award Winner.
This is a wonderful story about norther Vermont and the people who lived in it during the fifties. The further I got along in the book, the harder it was to put down. The characters are wonderful and in a lot of ways unique.
Richly textured book; excellent character development. So well written you feel like you could just drive over to this small town..like it really exists.
