As a Physical Therapist I have never seen such a great book, that actually shows how muscles work. The amount of exercises may not be big, but the way it is shown is a basic Ahhhhhhhh! and that makes this book so great. If you have learned how it works, every exercise book will look different to you.

Excellent book. I just got this book and it's just what I needed to get me back in shape. This book explains what muscles and bones you work with each exercise and it also shows you with a picture of complete anatomy and how to do each exercise. If you don't get it here at paperback swap go to amazon and buy it you can get a used one in good shape. And it will help you get in excellent shape I highly recommend this book or any other edition. You won't be sorry.

Sincerely
Bill Kettle
