The first book in this series was a lot better than this one. This was awful, full of cheesy lines and cliches. Nikki and Mark were not great characters, and the back drop of the strip club did not help with the story at all. Even though we met Mark in the first book, with only a small part, his story seemed at least a little interesting. But this fell completely flat. I skimmed through most of the book and barely even read the end. It just wasn't worth it. Shayla Black writes another erotic series Wicked Lovers, now that series is HOT!!

Ugh, both of these Sexy Capers books were just Eh to me. Kinda cheesy and stuff. The story just seems weak, it kinda just waves in the wind a bit b4 it picks up again, but by then i really didnt care. Bound & Determined was the same way. Now her writing as Shayla Black is awesome, so i will stick to those books, no more Bradley books 4 me, sorry.

This book is a continuation of Sexy Capers series and another great read. Mark Sullivan goes undercover as a male stripper in a club owned by Nicki in order to unmask who's behind a money laundry scheme, and if he so happens to take down the man who ruined his marriage and his life, well that's an added bonus. Nicki, the owner, has had her own heart brakes and is unable to trust other men. Still the moment she falls for Mark she knows she's in for a world of trouble.
Shayla Black weaves another great story about a man who's been blinded by a previous heart break and cannot see the one who really loves him. The twists and turns are great because the moment you think you know whose behind it all the real person appears. It's fantastic and let's not forget all the hot sex scenes that Shayla Black describes in great detail.
