Short, but very funny! I really think Christopher Moore is best enjoyed out loud, read by a good narrator. And this fits the bill perfectly! I especially loved Molly The Warrior Babe! And the dog, and the bat, and Theo....

But as a quick warning: It seems there are a few, very angry people who mistakenly guessed that this would be a family-with-young-kids-friendly story. This is a grown-up, dark and twisted comedy, not a sweetsy religious book for children! If you like the t.v. show South Park, then this book might be for you! Otherwise parents should pre-screen this one!

Christopher Moore is one of my favorite authors and this might be my favorite book by him.
The Stupidest Angel is quirky, raucous and hysterical. I laughed out loud and drove my husband crazy reading so many funny parts to him, despite the fact that this was the first Christopher Moore book I ever read and I missed all the great inside jokes from all the characters that appeared in previous books. So so funny and the unrepentantly off, off-beat and irreverent. Seriously; Zombie Santa. How can you go wrong with that? If you want a really different Christmas story and enjoy wacky humor of the endearingly weird kind, I think you will love; The Stupidest Angel.

What a not made for tv Christmas story! Loved it. You will not see where any of this is going till the very end. Great to get an angels perspective on the birth of Christ and all that went into getting it right. Funny well developed characters, some from previous books but you can read just this. You gotta love the way some in the small town celebrate the holiday and how they try and make sure everyone has a good one. Lots of swearing and language so be prepared but still really funny! The reading was so well done!
