This book was a fun read. I enjoyed reminiscing about a lot of the different skits I watched on television as a child. It was also really interesting to read about how some of the things on Carol's show came about, and how each show was developed behind the scenes. At times, the book got a bit wordy, but overall, it was enjoyable. I listened to the audio version, which was read by Carol Burnett herself. That was great because she did all the voices associated with the characters, and all the interviews with her cast members were from "tape", so they spoke their own words too. I miss shows like this one!
