This is great advice with regard to the food journal and focusing on your physical and emotional responses to eating, but the advice to end the day eating a potato doesn't work for me, my glucose was through the roof each morning (even substituting the sweet potato for the regular potato). I would think this would not work well for other diabetics. : (
