This is seriously one of the very best reads I've ever had when it comes to this type of book. I searched and she's only written one other book. It's now at the top of my list. Seriously I couldn't put the book down once I started. It was a great read.

The premise of this book - a house for married couples who want to explore (more than what they have with each other) - sounded delicious. The three short stories tell of three couples, slightly interwoven. Each story, and each couple, has something in their relationship to overcome (which, of course, they do). Unfortunately, the writing style deeply hinders the readers involvement and left me somewhat cold. Graphic sex and explicit language do not necessarily make good erotica.

Three Victorian couples go to the Sugar & Spice Inn, a retreat for married couples to renew their interest in each other. Each couple has their own story. The storylines were very simplistic; there was little or no character development, and I found myself speed reading to get to the happy/sappy end.
